Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by ART5 Spirits OÜ, including events, tastings, entertainment, venue hire, and all services offered through doriangrey.ee.

Website Use
By using this website you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws of Estonia and the European Union.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a booking request.

Prices and VAT
VAT is already included in all prices shown to private individuals. For company clients, whether local or foreign, VAT will be added to the prices on the invoice according to Estonian tax law.

Service Adjustments
Menus, performers, schedules, or other elements may be adjusted if necessary. The quality and nature of the booked event will always remain equivalent.

Liability
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control such as illness, performer issues, strikes, extreme weather, or power outages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the booking unless otherwise required by law.

Booking Process

Booking requests are submitted through the Booking Request Form on doriangrey.ee. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.

A booking is confirmed only after the date, time and booking details have been agreed in writing and the required 30% prepayment has been received. Until then, the requested date and time remain available to other clients

 
Payment Terms

A 30% prepayment is required to secure all bookings and forms part of the total event price.

For private individuals and Estonian companies, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event. Bookings made less than 14 days before the event must be paid in full at confirmation.

Alternative payment arrangements for companies may be agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.

Any additional charges incurred during the event that are not included in the final event invoice, including event extensions, additional services, additional guests, bar purchases or other agreed charges, must be settled at the end of the event.

Prices and VAT

Prices displayed to private individuals include applicable VAT. For business clients, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable Estonian and EU VAT rules.

Changes and Final Guest Count

Changes to the event programme, additional services or increases in guest numbers may affect the final price and will be agreed with the client before being charged.

The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. This confirmed number will be used for the final invoice and becomes the minimum billable guest count for the booking.

If the number of guests subsequently decreases, no refund or price reduction will be made. Additional guests may be added, subject to venue capacity and availability, and will be charged according to the applicable event pricing.

 
Changes to the Event Date

Requests to change a confirmed event date must be made in writing and are subject to availability and DorianGrey's written approval.

If a new date is agreed, payments already made will be transferred to the rescheduled booking. Reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred specifically for the original event may remain payable.

A change of date does not reset the cancellation period applicable to the original booking. Until a new date is confirmed in writing, the original booking and its cancellation terms remain in effect.

 
Event Duration and Overtime

The event duration and end time are agreed when the booking is confirmed.

Where availability allows, the event may be extended beyond the agreed end time. Extensions are charged in full-hour increments at the applicable hourly rate and must be paid at the end of the event.

The agreed end time is the time by which guests must have vacated the venue unless an extension has been agreed with DorianGrey.

Guest Conduct and Venue Responsibility

Guests must behave responsibly and follow reasonable instructions from DorianGrey staff.

DorianGrey may refuse alcohol service to an intoxicated guest and may require a guest to leave or end an event where behaviour creates a safety risk, involves unlawful conduct or risks material damage.

The booking party is responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable repair or replacement costs arising from damage caused by the booking party or its guests.

 
Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. DorianGrey is not responsible for loss or damage where DorianGrey is not legally liable.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

A confirmed booking reserves a specific date and time exclusively for the client. DorianGrey may also commit staff, catering, performers, equipment and other resources in preparation for the event.

The following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation 30 days or more before the event
The prepayment will be fully refunded.

Cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the event
The prepayment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the event
The full event price remains payable.

No show
The full event price remains payable.

If a booking cancelled less than 14 days before the event is replaced by another booking for substantially the same reserved date and time, the amount recovered from the replacement booking and any costs saved as a result of the cancellation will be taken into account. Reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred for the original booking will also be taken into account.

The amount ultimately retained or payable will not exceed DorianGrey's reasonable loss resulting from the cancellation, up to the agreed event price.

Cancellation by DorianGrey

If DorianGrey is unable to provide the confirmed event for a reason attributable to DorianGrey, payments for services that cannot be provided will be refunded. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

 
Consumer Withdrawal Rights

DorianGrey events are leisure services booked for a specific date and time. Under applicable Estonian and EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to such fixed-date leisure services.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking is therefore governed by the cancellation terms above and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms are provided before the booking is confirmed. By confirming the booking and paying the required prepayment, the client accepts the Booking Terms applicable to the booking.
